sec.194B Member resigns—finishing proceedings
This section applies if a member resigns under this part. If the member starts the hearing of a proceeding before the member resigns, the member is taken to be a member after the resignation for the purposes of finishing the proceeding. s 194B ins 2011 No. 45 s 239 (sec.194B-ssec.1) This section applies if a member resigns under this part.
