sec.194A Period of office ends—finishing proceedings
This section applies if the period of office for a member ends and the member is not appointed for a further period. If the member starts the hearing of a proceeding before the period of office ends, the member is taken to be a member after the period of office for the purposes of finishing the proceeding. s 194A ins 2011 No. 45 s 239 (sec.194A-ssec.1) This section applies if the period of office for a member ends and the member is not appointed for a further period. (sec.194A-ssec.2) If the member starts the hearing of a proceeding before the period of office ends, the member is taken to be a member after the period of office for the purposes of finishing the proceeding.
