sec.193 Vacancy of office
The office of a supplementary member becomes vacant if— the member ceases to be— for a supplementary member who is a Supreme Court judge—a Supreme Court judge; or for a supplementary member who is a District Court judge—a District Court judge; or for a supplementary member who is a magistrate—a magistrate; or for a supplementary member who is a member of the Land Court—a member of the Land Court; or the supplementary member resigns under section 194 . s 193 amd 2023 No. 23 s 191
- (a) the member ceases to be— (i) for a supplementary member who is a Supreme Court judge—a Supreme Court judge; or (ii) for a supplementary member who is a District Court judge—a District Court judge; or (iii) for a supplementary member who is a magistrate—a magistrate; or (iv) for a supplementary member who is a member of the Land Court—a member of the Land Court; or
- (i) for a supplementary member who is a Supreme Court judge—a Supreme Court judge; or
- (ii) for a supplementary member who is a District Court judge—a District Court judge; or
- (iii) for a supplementary member who is a magistrate—a magistrate; or
- (iv) for a supplementary member who is a member of the Land Court—a member of the Land Court; or
- (b) the supplementary member resigns under section 194 .
- (i) for a supplementary member who is a Supreme Court judge—a Supreme Court judge; or
- (ii) for a supplementary member who is a District Court judge—a District Court judge; or
- (iii) for a supplementary member who is a magistrate—a magistrate; or
- (iv) for a supplementary member who is a member of the Land Court—a member of the Land Court; or
