sec.178 Vacancy of office
The office of the president or deputy president becomes vacant if— the member ceases to be— for the president—a Supreme Court judge; or for the deputy president—a District Court judge; or the member resigns under section 179 .
- (a) the member ceases to be— (i) for the president—a Supreme Court judge; or (ii) for the deputy president—a District Court judge; or
- (i) for the president—a Supreme Court judge; or
- (ii) for the deputy president—a District Court judge; or
- (b) the member resigns under section 179 .
- (i) for the president—a Supreme Court judge; or
- (ii) for the deputy president—a District Court judge; or
