sec.177 Conditions of appointment
The president or deputy president holds office on the following conditions— the conditions stated in this division; the conditions decided by the Governor in Council and stated in the president’s or deputy president’s instrument of appointment, to the extent the conditions are not inconsistent with this division.
- (a) the conditions stated in this division;
- (b) the conditions decided by the Governor in Council and stated in the president’s or deputy president’s instrument of appointment, to the extent the conditions are not inconsistent with this division.
