sec.163 Operating throughout Queensland
The tribunal may be constituted at any place in Queensland. More than 1 tribunal may sit at the same time. When more than 1 tribunal is sitting at the same time, each tribunal may exercise the jurisdiction and powers of the tribunal. (sec.163-ssec.1) The tribunal may be constituted at any place in Queensland. (sec.163-ssec.2) More than 1 tribunal may sit at the same time.
