8 Use of certain land at Googong—Zone R1 General Residential
(1) This clause applies to land in Zone R1 General Residential at Googong, identified as “Item 3” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.
(2) Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent—
(a) advertising structures,
(b) business premises,
(c) food and drink premises,
(d) kiosks,
(e) markets,
(f) office premises,
(g) service stations,
(h) shops.
