24 Use of certain land at Environa Drive, Jerrabomberra

(1) This clause applies to the following land in Jerrabomberra, identified as “Item 6” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map—

(a) part of Lot 1, DP 1281781, 100 Environa Drive,

(b) Lot 2, DP 1277158, 101 Environa Drive.

(2) Development for the purposes of a single educational establishment is permitted with development consent.
