18 Use of land at 1738 Old Cooma Road, Royalla

(1) This clause applies to Lots 1 and 2, DP 555380 and Lot 152, DP 754912, 1738 Old Cooma Road, Royalla.

(2) Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent—

(a) dwelling houses, if no more than 2 dwelling houses are erected,

(b) farm buildings.
