In this Division: (a) a reference to a previous item followed by a number is a reference to the item so numbered in the table in Part 3, or the table in Division 1 or 2 of Part 3A, of Schedule 1 to this Determination, as in force immediately before 1 December 2015; and (b) a reference to a new item followed by a number is a reference to the item so numbered in the table in subsection 6(1) of this Determination, as in force on or after 1 December 2015.
