29Master’s permission

#### 29 Master’s permission A permission given by the master under regulation 26, 27 or 28 may be given orally or in writing, and must be expressed to apply for a particular period. > Note: Permission may, in certain circumstances, be given electronically—see the Electronic Transactions Act 1999.
