#### 86C Power to administer oaths or take declarations All quarantine officers who are authorised in that behalf by the regulations or by the Minister are hereby authorised to administer oaths or affirmations and to take declarations in all cases in which any answers to questions asked in pursuance of this Act are by this Act or the regulations required to be verified by oath, affirmation, or declaration.
