#### 74C Non‑compliance with requirements
Failure to answer question or produce document
(1) A person is guilty of an offence if:
(a) the person is asked a question or required to produce a document under subsection 70B(2) or (3) or 74BC(1); and
(b) the person fails to answer the question or produce the document.
Maximum penalty: Imprisonment for one year.
Failure to deliver sample
(2) A person is guilty of an offence if:
(a) the person is required under subsection 70B(4) to deliver a sample; and
(b) the person fails to deliver the sample.
Maximum penalty: Imprisonment for one year.
