6A Special provision regarding resources installations in the Joint Petroleum Development Area
The regulations may provide that this Act, or a specified provision of this Act, has effect in relation to: (a) all resources installations attached to the seabed in the Joint Petroleum Development Area; or (b) a specified resources installation attached to the seabed in the Joint Petroleum Development Area; and so has effect: (c) to the extent specified in the regulations; or (d) subject to such modifications as are specified in the regulations.
