#### 66AZD Disclosure of personal information The disclosure of personal information (within the meaning of the Privacy Act 1988) by: (a) a quarantine officer; or (b) a person engaged under the Public Service Act 1999; for the purposes of assisting with the conduct of the Commission of inquiry is taken to be authorised by this Act. > Note: The effect of this section includes (but is not limited to) an authorisation for the purposes of paragraph 6.2(b) of Australian Privacy Principle 6.
