#### 65 Expenses to be a charge upon vessel (1) Any expenses or charges payable to the Commonwealth under this Part, by the owner or agent of any vessel, shall be a charge upon the vessel, and the vessel may be detained by an officer until the expenses are paid. (2) While a vessel is detained under subsection (1), a person does not have the power of seizure provided for by section 123 of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 in relation to the vessel.
