#### 11B Decisions under this Act not to be regarded as actions for the purposes of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act To avoid doubt, a decision to do, or not to do, anything under this Act is taken to be a decision to grant a governmental authorisation for the purposes of subsection 524(2) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.
