sec.29 Methods of payment
An amount payable to the commissioner under a tax law must be paid— by cash or cheque; or as prescribed under a regulation. This section applies subject to section 29A . s 29 amd 2009 No. 19 s 79 ; 2020 No. 30 s 116 (sec.29-ssec.1) An amount payable to the commissioner under a tax law must be paid— by cash or cheque; or as prescribed under a regulation.
