sec.159 Application of s 48 to particular administrators
Section 48 applies to an administrator appointed before the commencement day as if the required date under the section were the later of the following— 14 days after the commencement day; or the required date under the section.
- (a) 14 days after the commencement day; or
- (b) the required date under the section.
