sec.158 Confidential information
To remove any doubt, it is declared that part 8 applies to— confidential information acquired by an official performing functions under or in relation to the administration or enforcement of the repealed Stamp Act; and confidential information acquired or received by another person before the commencement day.
- (a) confidential information acquired by an official performing functions under or in relation to the administration or enforcement of the repealed Stamp Act; and
- (b) confidential information acquired or received by another person before the commencement day.
