sec.153 Approved forms
The commissioner may approve forms for use under this Act. A form may be approved for use under this Act that is combined with, or is to be used together with, an approved form under another Act. (sec.153-ssec.1) The commissioner may approve forms for use under this Act. (sec.153-ssec.2) A form may be approved for use under this Act that is combined with, or is to be used together with, an approved form under another Act.
