sec.149H Notice of ceasing to be entitled to be registered
Within 28 days after a charitable institution stops being entitled to be registered under section 149C , it must give written notice to the commissioner. Failure to give the notice is an offence under the Administration Act , section 120 . s 149H ins 2010 No. 15 s 98 sch 3
