sec.99 Composition and election of committee
The committee must be composed in the way provided for in the regulation module. The members of the committee are chosen in the way provided for in the regulation module. The regulation module may also provide for— the term of office of a member of the committee; and vacancies on the committee, and the filling of casual vacancies. s 99 amd 1997 No. 78 s 12 (sec.99-ssec.1) The committee must be composed in the way provided for in the regulation module.
