sec.92 Effecting creation of layered arrangement
The creation of the layered arrangement must be recorded under the Land Title Act , sections 115Y and 115Z . A request to record the creation of the layered arrangement may be lodged by or for— the bodies corporate for schemes A and B; or a person on whose application the court made an order under section 91 (2) . The creation of the layered arrangement takes effect under the Land Title Act , section 115Z . s 92 ins 2003 No. 6 s 33 (sec.92-ssec.1) The creation of the layered arrangement must be recorded under the Land Title Act , sections 115Y and 115Z . (sec.92-ssec.2) A request to record the creation of the layered arrangement may be lodged by or for— the bodies corporate for schemes A and B; or a person on whose application the court made an order under section 91 (2) . (sec.92-ssec.3) The creation of the layered arrangement takes effect under the Land Title Act , section 115Z . s 92 ins 2003 No. 6 s 33
- (a) the bodies corporate for schemes A and B; or
- (b) a person on whose application the court made an order under section 91 (2) .
