sec.89 General principles of creation of layered arrangement from basic schemes
Two or more basic schemes may become a layered arrangement of community titles schemes (a layered arrangement ) under this part. The basic schemes may become a layered arrangement if the scheme land for the layered arrangement conforms with the Land Title Act , section 115H . s 89 ins 2003 No. 6 s 33 (sec.89-ssec.1) Two or more basic schemes may become a layered arrangement of community titles schemes (a layered arrangement ) under this part. (sec.89-ssec.2) The basic schemes may become a layered arrangement if the scheme land for the layered arrangement conforms with the Land Title Act , section 115H .
