sec.80 Application of division to particular schemes
This division applies only— to a community titles scheme other than a retirement village scheme to which this Act applies; and if the body corporate for the scheme— prepares a termination plan; and passes a motion for an economic reasons resolution. In this section— retirement village scheme see the Retirement Villages Act 1999 , schedule. s 80 sub 2003 No. 6 s 31 amd 2007 No. 41 s 146G ; 2010 No. 15 s 98 sch 3 ; 2009 No. 17 s 331 sch 1 (amd 2010 No. 23 s 344 (3) ); 2012 No. 43 s 221 sch 1 sub 2023 No. 29 s 7 (sec.80-ssec.1) This division applies only— to a community titles scheme other than a retirement village scheme to which this Act applies; and if the body corporate for the scheme— prepares a termination plan; and passes a motion for an economic reasons resolution.
