sec.76 Purpose of part
The purpose of this part is to provide for— the process for the termination of a community titles scheme that is a basic scheme; and A community titles scheme that is not a basic scheme would need to become a basic scheme in order to be terminated under this part. the dissolution of the body corporate for the scheme. s 76 amd 2003 No. 6 s 3 sch sub 2023 No. 29 s 7
