sec.73 Variation and substitution of court orders

The District Court may, for an order made by it for an approved reinstatement process, and as it considers just and equitable— vary the order; or revoke the order and substitute another order. An order substituted under subsection (1) (b) must be an order of a kind the court is authorised to make under section 72 (4) . The court may take action under subsection (1) on application by an entity that made, or was entitled to make, the application for the approved reinstatement process. An insurer of the building, including a part of the building, is a party to an application under this section.
