sec.55 Requirements for motion to change community management statement
Subject to subsection (2) , a motion proposing to change an existing community management statement for a community titles scheme may be submitted by only— the committee for the body corporate; or the owner of a lot included in the scheme; or the body corporate manager. The body corporate manager may submit the motion if the body corporate manager may, under the regulation module applying to the scheme, submit the motion. This section does not apply to a specified two-lot scheme.
