sec.459 Proceedings for particular court orders
This section applies if— before the commencement, a person applied under section 81N for a court order in relation to a termination plan; and immediately before the commencement, the court had not decided the application. New section 81R applies in relation to the matters the court must consider in deciding whether to make the order. s 459 ins 2024 No. 27 s 94 (sec.459-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a person applied under section 81N for a court order in relation to a termination plan; and immediately before the commencement, the court had not decided the application.
