sec.454 Existing notices
This section applies if a notice, legal process or other document was served on a body corporate for a community titles scheme before the commencement. If the notice, legal process or other document was served under former section 315, the notice, legal process or other document is taken to have been served under this Act. s 454 ins 2023 No. 29 s 41 (sec.454-ssec.1) This section applies if a notice, legal process or other document was served on a body corporate for a community titles scheme before the commencement. (sec.454-ssec.2) If the notice, legal process or other document was served under former section 315, the notice, legal process or other document is taken to have been served under this Act.
