sec.447 Contracts entered into before commencement
This section applies to the sale of a lot under a contract entered into before the commencement. Chapter 5, as in force immediately before the commencement, continues to apply in relation to the sale despite the amendment of chapter 5 by the Property Law Act 2023 . s 447 ins 2023 No. 27 s 271 (sec.447-ssec.1) This section applies to the sale of a lot under a contract entered into before the commencement.
