sec.445 Saving of operation of expired ch 7, pt 3
This section applies for the expiry of chapter 7, part 3. Chapter 7, part 3 expires on the COVID-19 legislation expiry day. See section 323I, which also expires on the COVID-19 legislation expiry day. Chapter 7, part 3 is declared to be a law to which the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 20A applies. s 445 ins 2020 No. 16 s 5 amd 2020 No. 38 s 37 (1) (sec.445-ssec.1) This section applies for the expiry of chapter 7, part 3. Chapter 7, part 3 expires on the COVID-19 legislation expiry day. See section 323I, which also expires on the COVID-19 legislation expiry day. (sec.445-ssec.2) Chapter 7, part 3 is declared to be a law to which the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 20A applies.
