sec.437 Definitions for pt 13

In this part— amendment Act means the Land Sales and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2014 . commencement means the commencement of this part. new , in relation to a provision, means the provision as in force immediately after the commencement. old , in relation to a provision, means the provision as in force at any relevant time before the commencement. proposed lot means a lot intended to come into existence as a lot included in a community titles scheme when the scheme is established or changed. s 437 ins 2014 No. 46 s 21
