sec.435 New s 51 or 51A applies to formal acquisition
This section applies if— a formal acquisition affecting a community titles scheme happened before the commencement; and at the commencement, the constructing authority for the acquisition has not given the body corporate for the scheme the advice mentioned in former section 51(1) or 51A(1) in relation to the acquisition. New section 51 or 51A applies in relation to the formal acquisition. s 435 ins 2013 No. 25 s 10 (sec.435-ssec.1) This section applies if— a formal acquisition affecting a community titles scheme happened before the commencement; and at the commencement, the constructing authority for the acquisition has not given the body corporate for the scheme the advice mentioned in former section 51(1) or 51A(1) in relation to the acquisition. (sec.435-ssec.2) New section 51 or 51A applies in relation to the formal acquisition.
