sec.427 Definitions for pt 11
In this part— commencement means the commencement of this section. former , in relation to a provision, means the provision as in force before the commencement. new , in relation to a provision, means the provision as in force at the commencement. relevant documents , for a formal acquisition affecting a community titles scheme, means— a copy of the new plan of subdivision for the scheme proposed to be lodged as required under the Acquisition of Land Act 1967 , section 12A ; and a copy of the proposed new community management statement for the scheme prepared by the constructing authority to reflect the acquisition. s 427 ins 2013 No. 25 s 10
