sec.416 Modification for subdivided lots

This section applies if a lot (the pre-subdivision lot ) included in a scheme was subdivided into 2 or more lots (the subdivided lots ) after the last adjustment order or the relevant decision was made for the scheme. If the contribution schedule lot entitlements for the lots included in the scheme are to be changed under subdivision 3, the changed entitlements must apportion the pre-subdivision lot entitlement between the subdivided lots on the basis of the deciding principle that was used as the basis for the decided entitlements or the last adjustment order entitlements for the scheme.
