sec.415 Body corporate responsible for costs under this division
Except as provided under section 405(4)(b) or 412(4)(b), the body corporate for a scheme is responsible for the costs associated with dealing with a request under section 403, 404, 410 or 411, including the costs of preparing and recording a new community management statement. s 415 ins 2013 No. 11 s 13
