sec.377 Pre-commencement adjustment actions cease to have effect
Each pre-commencement adjustment action ceases to have effect at the commencement. Without limiting subsection (1)— the pre-commencement adjustment action is taken to have never been made; and no further action may be taken in relation to the pre-commencement adjustment action. s 377 ins 2011 No. 9 s 41 (sec.377-ssec.1) Each pre-commencement adjustment action ceases to have effect at the commencement. (sec.377-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1)— the pre-commencement adjustment action is taken to have never been made; and no further action may be taken in relation to the pre-commencement adjustment action.
