sec.358 Existing applications for adjustment of lot entitlement schedules

This section applies if an application for an order of the District Court or a specialist adjudicator for the adjustment of a lot entitlement schedule was made, but not disposed of, before the commencement of this section (the commencement ). The application is to be dealt with under this Act as if the amending Act had not been enacted and previous section 48(9) applies in relation to an adjustment of a lot entitlement schedule ordered by the court or specialist adjudicator. In this section— previous section 48(9) means section 48(9) as in force immediately before the commencement. s 358 ins 2007 No. 11 s 67 (sec.358-ssec.1) This section applies if an application for an order of the District Court or a specialist adjudicator for the adjustment of a lot entitlement schedule was made, but not disposed of, before the commencement of this section (the commencement ).
