sec.352 Existing easements for lots
This section applies to an easement for a lot if the easement was in existence, under repealed sections 60 to 65, immediately before the commencement of this section. On the commencement, the easement is taken to be a statutory easement. In this section— repealed sections 60 to 65 means sections 60 to 65 as in force immediately before the commencement. s 352 ins 2003 No. 6 s 113 (sec.352-ssec.1) This section applies to an easement for a lot if the easement was in existence, under repealed sections 60 to 65, immediately before the commencement of this section. (sec.352-ssec.2) On the commencement, the easement is taken to be a statutory easement.
