sec.323 Regulation-making power—lease-back scheme
The regulation module applying to a lease-back scheme may provide for— the assignment of the powers and functions of the owners of lots included in the scheme to the lease-back scheme operator; or the extent to which the powers and functions of the owners of lots included in the scheme may be assumed by the lease-back scheme operator.
- (a) the assignment of the powers and functions of the owners of lots included in the scheme to the lease-back scheme operator; or
- (b) the extent to which the powers and functions of the owners of lots included in the scheme may be assumed by the lease-back scheme operator.
