sec.315A Giving documents or information to persons
This section applies if, under this Act, a body corporate for a community titles scheme must give a document or other information to an owner of a lot or other person whose address for service is required to be given to the body corporate under the Act . The document or information must be given to the owner or other person in the way prescribed under the regulation module applying to the scheme. s 315A ins 2023 No. 29 s 39 (sec.315A-ssec.1) This section applies if, under this Act, a body corporate for a community titles scheme must give a document or other information to an owner of a lot or other person whose address for service is required to be given to the body corporate under the Act . (sec.315A-ssec.2) The document or information must be given to the owner or other person in the way prescribed under the regulation module applying to the scheme.
