sec.31 Membership of body corporate for community titles scheme
The members of the body corporate for a community titles scheme are the owners of all lots included in the scheme. If a lot included in the community titles scheme is itself a community titles scheme, the owner of the lot is the body corporate for the other scheme—see section 19 .
