sec.282 Order does not prevent proceedings for offence
This section applies if an adjudicator makes an order under this chapter against a person in relation to a contravention of this Act by the person. The order does not prevent proceedings for an offence in relation to the contravention being taken against the person. (sec.282-ssec.1) This section applies if an adjudicator makes an order under this chapter against a person in relation to a contravention of this Act by the person.
