sec.277 Order may be made if person fails to attend to be interviewed
If an adjudicator considers it just and equitable in the circumstances, the adjudicator may make an order under this part even if a person fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with a requirement made by the adjudicator under section 271 (1) (a) (ii) . s 277 ins 2003 No. 6 s 94 amd 2007 No. 11 s 50
