sec.260 Specialist mediation or conciliation is voluntary
Attendance at, and participation in, a specialist mediation or specialist conciliation session is voluntary. A party may withdraw from the session at any time. Except as expressly stated in this chapter, this part does not affect a right or remedy that a party to an application has apart from this part. s 260 ins 2003 No. 6 s 87 (sec.260-ssec.1) Attendance at, and participation in, a specialist mediation or specialist conciliation session is voluntary. (sec.260-ssec.2) A party may withdraw from the session at any time.
