sec.252C Referral to department conciliator
This section applies if the commissioner— decides under section 247 to refer an adjudication application to a department conciliator for department conciliation; or makes a recommendation under section 248 that an adjudication application be the subject of department conciliation. The commissioner must refer the application to a department conciliator as soon as practicable after making the decision or recommendation. s 252C ins 2007 No. 11 s 37 (sec.252C-ssec.1) This section applies if the commissioner— decides under section 247 to refer an adjudication application to a department conciliator for department conciliation; or makes a recommendation under section 248 that an adjudication application be the subject of department conciliation. (sec.252C-ssec.2) The commissioner must refer the application to a department conciliator as soon as practicable after making the decision or recommendation.
- (a) decides under section 247 to refer an adjudication application to a department conciliator for department conciliation; or
- (b) makes a recommendation under section 248 that an adjudication application be the subject of department conciliation.
