sec.246 Inspection of applications and submissions

The commissioner must, on application by an interested person for an application— allow the person to inspect all or any of the following— the application; submissions made about the application; the applicant’s reply to the submissions; or give the person copies of all or any of the documents mentioned in paragraph (a) . An application under this section must be written and accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
