sec.24 Establishment of community titles scheme
A community titles scheme is established by— firstly, the registration, under the Land Title Act , of a plan of subdivision for identifying the scheme land for the scheme; and secondly, the recording by the registrar of the first community management statement for the scheme. A community titles scheme is established when the first community management statement for the scheme is recorded. s 24 amd 2003 No. 6 s 3 sch (sec.24-ssec.1) A community titles scheme is established by— firstly, the registration, under the Land Title Act , of a plan of subdivision for identifying the scheme land for the scheme; and secondly, the recording by the registrar of the first community management statement for the scheme. (sec.24-ssec.2) A community titles scheme is established when the first community management statement for the scheme is recorded.
